Halloween Spirit
Telecoms supply specialist Rocom proved it has plenty of team ‘spirit’ as a Halloween inspired charity day proved a ‘spooktacular’ success.
Ghosts, ghouls, witches, a ‘Dr Killjoy’ doctor and even a human bush roamed their Temple Point offices in Leeds raising cash for nationwide and local charities – with prizes awarded for the best-dressed staff.
The National Deaf Children’s Society which helps remove the barriers to the achievement of deaf children throughout the world will benefit from Rocom’s efforts – along with the Yorkshire Cancer Centre in their attempt to generate £10 million to make the Leeds-based facility a world class force in the fight against cancer – as staff donated cash to dress-up for the fun day.
Rocom’s Head of Corporate Sales, Jane Craven confirmed: “It proved a frightfully fun occasion and showed what great team spirit we have at Rocom. We have many great characters here, although they don’t normally look this scary.”
