In Autumn 2006 COLT Telecommunications and Rocom formed a partnership with the aim of improving account management of current COLT customers. Rocom has over 25 years experience of managing SME and corporate customers and as a result over 500 COLT customers have been allocated to Rocom for their everyday provisioning, billing and account management needs.

If you are one of these customers you will have, or will in the near future, receive a letter from COLT explaining the changes and introducing Rocom Network Services to you (see attachment). We then follow up with a call to go over any questions you may have and to explain what the change means to you.

Going forward, you will need to sign a new agreement with Rocom, however your numbers, lines and everything else you currently have with COLT remains the same. The only difference is that you will call a new number to our dedicated team, for anything to do with your account and in future your bills will come from Rocom Network Services instead of COLT.

We are able to carry out audits of your current network and advise on any upgrades or new provisions that may be required. As well as our desk based team we have field representatives that can come and visit you to discuss new opportunities regarding your network.

As a result of our partnership with COLT we are able to offer all of our customers COLT's portfolio of integrated IP voice and data services.
