Phil Gee

Group Company Secretary

Phil Gee performs the dual roles of Finance Director and Company Secretary.  He is highly experienced in distribution and is described as a passionate and enthusiastic communicator who has a positive impact on those around him. He is also a strong team player who possesses a good sense of humour.

Phil’s high profile previous roles include Finance Director of AAH Pharmaceuticals Ltd and also Lloyds Chemist as well as Head of Accounts and Finance at BASF PLC. His last post was as Finance Director of The Hindle Group, a multi-million-pound private enterprise operating in the sales and distribution of engineering, marine and industrial products.

Phil is fluent in German and French and when not at work enjoys walking holidays, watching motor racing and playing golf. He joined us in March 2007.
