The Rocom Technical Help Line can identify problems by remote diagnostics and in many cases solutions can be implemented immediately without a site visit. Where a site visit is required it will be undertaken in line with the category of maintenance cover that is chosen.

The division offers five categories of maintenance cover:
Category A
- Monday to Friday: 9.00am - 5.00pm
(bank holidays excluded) - System failure in excess of 20%:
4 working hours response - Minor system faults:
16 working hours response
Category B
- Monday to Saturday: 9.00am - 5.00pm
(bank holidays excluded) - System failure in excess of 20%:
4 working hours response - Minor system faults:
16 working hours response
Category C
- 365 days a year, 24 hours a day without exception
- System failure in excess of 20%:
4 working hours response - Minor system faults: 16 working hours response
Category D
- Monday to Friday: 9.00am - 5.00pm
(bank holidays excluded) - Any level of system failure: 4 working hours response
Category E
- Individually tailored solutions including mixed cover across multiple sites and even Pay As You Go 24 hour cover
- Any level of system failure: 4 working hours response
