Unique Headset Innovation

Telecoms supply specialist Rocom is shouting about the launch of a new headset innovation from Jabra which boasts four call answering options including an in-coming call alert when users are not wearing the device.
The Jabra PRO 9450 has a unique feature designed for so-called ‘silent offices’ – a built-in ringer which makes it possible to hear softphone PC calls, even when not wearing the headset.
Part of the award-winning Jabra PRO 9400 Series, the new addition works with desk and softphones and is ideally suited for companies migrating to Unified Communications where true wireless working can boost productivity. Calls can be answered via the headset, touchpad, PC software or keyboard shortcut. The new headset is being hailed as a great starting point for any companies that may not have embraced UC before.
Rocom’s UC Jabra Specialist, Ben Mutch, commented: “This dual connectivity device combines simple, straightforward functionality with high call clarity and a noise cancelling microphone. It’s suitable for everyone, even first time headset users – so it’s an easy starting point for companies to capitalise on UC perhaps for the first time. As this is a 100% software-based device, complete future-proofing is also assured so businesses can maximise their return on investment.”
