After answering the incoming landline or Skype call your receptionist can transfer that call to a pre defined Skype ID. This is ideal for a mobile workforce who may have Skype enabled WiFi Phones. The call can be introduced and then connected in the same way as you would to an extension.

The same applies to any user on your phone system and any phone within that system.
