Rocom Makes Noise About Jabra Headset

Rocom is shouting about Jabra’s latest headset innovation - engineered to be the world’s best professional digital corded headset – designed for noisy environments.
The Jabra Engage 50 headset has been created for softphone environments, with features that combat noise and interruptions to drive customer satisfaction especially in busy contact centres. The stylish headset boasts a powerful processing chip to take conversations to the next level.
“With technology to help contact centres overcome noise and interruptions, the Jabra Engage 50 delivers a superior digital call experience with three-microphone technology, stereo sound, and super wideband. It’s an intelligent headset for an enhanced customer experience,” says Amy Mellor, Rocom’s UC Devices Business Manager.
She explained how multi-coloured status lights deter interruptions and allow agents to set their status, whilst a call control unit offers an easy and efficient way to control calls. Leveraging Jabra Direct and Xpress software enables delivery of live, on-screen guidance to agents (Direct), and rich call analytics to an IT manager (Xpress) – allowing real-time adjustments to improve call quality for both agents and customers.
Amy also highlighted how this latest model is part of the wider Engage series of call-centric headsets spanning both wireless and corded USB headsets for contact centres looking to boost productivity via mobility or digital communications.
